Anyway, today's the first day at work.

Random voice: So, how was it? *smiles*

Me: Wipe that smile off, it ain't that fun!

Ok ok, before everyone thinks my work environment suck, no, it's not true. In fact, it's a pleasant place, with pleasant people and an understanding boss, and a nice big boss.

But I feel useless... at that place... doing... batch programming. Ok ok dont laugh. This is a raw moment here.. I'm licking my wounds right now. I hate batch programming... hm ok, I never tried, cos, *headache*. Anyway, here's how my day started. Pretty stressful enough...

*looks at phone*

jR teddy: OMG it's 9.30am! I'm locked out of the office? Oh no.. I'm gonna be late

*stones on chair* *gives up waiting.. walks towards door again*

jR teddy: Eh? Where did they come from? How did they get in??? Oh no, I'm so dead... late on my first day... *sob*

Boss: Ah, here you are. Any idea who is the other programmer?

jR teddy: Er... no... *thinks: some year 4... ="= *

Boss: Ok.. pick a seat.

jR teddy: er.. that one then... (wrong choice! it was DIRECTLY in front of the aircon)

Fast forward 30 mins later

Boss: Er, can you do something for me? *lists some absolutely long and impossible tasks that takes jR teddy milleniums to complete* So, can you complete by today?

*jR teddy dies on chair*

so you roughly have a gist of what's going on. I was enjoying myself... staring at the screen, watching people dull-out around me... I really felt sleepy. So sleepy that when Big boss shook my hand, I couldnt stand up and focus on what he was saying. "Oh so you're the mumblefumblegrumble..woarghewgrottj..." Felt guilty...

And in the end, I couldnt finish debugging... *Filled with guilt* Because, the bug's way out of my league. So I'm researching (yes, researching, don't laugh...) batch (yes, batch, dont die!!!) and hopefully I can finish it tomorrow...

I didn't manage to update R.C Elmo and JM much about my day today. And I'm rather glad I have JM to chat with (tho he's doing the emoticon spamming... ="=) Though I really couldn't chat him him much *uber guilty*

Will miss u guys!!! Wish this meaningless stress would disappear...
